What is the cost of admission?

I've just registered online, when will I receive my receipt and confirmation?

If you registered and paid online, the final page of the registration process is your receipt and confirmation. Please make certain to make a copy of your receipt for expense purposes as well as any follow-up with the XRDC Registration Department. If you printed an invoice and submitted it with your check payment, we will email you a confirmation and receipt, once your registration is received and processed. Online registration without payment does NOT secure early registration discount.

Why do I have to create a unique log in and password for my registration?

For your privacy and protection we require anyone registering online to create a unique login for access to their registration. Having a login allows you online access to your receipt, pass selection and information about your registration.

How do I register a Group?

To take advantage of our group discount, your group must consist of 6 or more attendees from the same company and they must be registered at the same time. Additional registrations from the same company added at a later date will not be entitled to the group discount unless they are submitted under the same terms & conditions described here:

Terms and conditions: The group discount of 10% is only valid off the current registration price. No other passes are entitled to the 10% discount and additional discounts, such as Exhibitor or other special discounts are not combinable with the group discount.

When do I receive my badge?

Event badges will NOT be mailed in advance of the event, but can be collected on-site, please refer to the registration hours on your confirmation email. Short range "Touch 'N Go" RFID badges will be in use at XRDC.

Yes, the Call for Submissions page has an extensive list of topics that the XRDC would like to cover. Please check the respective Call for Submissions pages for further information.

Other Questions

Americans with Disabilities Act - How can I request assistance?

If you require special assistance, auxiliary aids, interpreters or other reasonable accommodations while at the conference and/or expo, please contact our Operations Department, at least four weeks prior to the event date.

If I am an international attendee, do I need a visa to attend the conference?

Maybe, please view United States visa requirements here. After purchasing a conference pass, the attendee can submit a request for a letter of invitation to the conference. Please email your request for a letter of invitation to the XRDC Registration Department.

Letters of Invitation

Letters of Invitation are automatically generated for those international attendees who must obtain a VISA in order to attend the conference. Attendees with fully paid registrations will be sent a Letter of Invitation to the email address with which they registered. Additional documentation may be required in order to complete the Letter of Invitation and verify your payment. Failure to provide the requested documentation by the specified date may result in the fees previously paid being reversed or returned. Please email [email protected] with any additional questions.

Is there an XRDC Mobile App?

How does a silent conference work?

To provide the best on-site experience, attendees will receive headphones at the beginning of each session and presenters will speak aloud into a microphone and the audio feed will be delivered to audience's headphones. The equipment will be collected and cleaned at throughout the day. If you require special assistance related to this, please contact our Operations Department.


Are there volunteer opportunities at the XRDC?
